Professional Organizing Process

We know that getting organized is complicated enough so we have made our project process simple and easy.

It is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3 - 4!

Professional Organizer

Consultation

We begin with a complimentary phone consultation and walkthrough of your home, in-person or virtually. During this time you show us your space and what causes you trouble.

Professional Organizer

Plan

We prepare a detailed project plan with an estimate of time to complete the project. After signing a client agreement, we schedule your sessions with our organizing team.

Professional Organizer

Execution

On project day, we will supply the products needed or you can provide your own products. Then the Magic begins! We declutter, categorize, contain, and label to create the space of your dreams.

Professional Organizer

Results

At the end of the project, we do a final walkthrough of your new spaces, which are now tidy and beautiful. We gather all the donations, take them to a charity of your choice, and leave you with rooms to enjoy.

“Karen has helped me to organize endless things. From categorizing my enormous cookie cutter collection to helping me edit and pack before a big move. She is great at helping to determine the things you really need and asks all the right questions. She is punctual and always goes above and beyond. She loves what she is doing and it shows.”

“I cannot recommend Karen Swart and her team enough! We were in the Kansas City area for a full summer, filming “The Gentle Art of Swedish Death Cleaning,” and Karen and her team were our behind the scenes death-cleaner helpers! They helped our Death Cleaners move quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly through people’s homes - and they did it with heart. Thank you, Karen! Stay Gentle!”
