We know the moving process already feels complicated, so we’ve made it OH-SO-easy.
Consultation Call
We start with a friendly chat to learn about your move, your timeline, and the spaces giving you trouble. Photos or floor plans help us plan your project, and if we need a closer look, we’ll stop by before moving day.
Proposal + Planning
Your custom proposal and client agreement will arrive by email for your review, approval, and payment. We'll include suggestions for the best package. Once paperwork is complete, we schedule your project dates and our dedicated team prepares for your big day!
Execution
On moving day, we arrive with smiles on our faces, the supplies we need, and our can-do attitude. We'll pack carefully, label clearly, and coordinate everything so your relocation goes smoothly. Let the magic begin!
The OE Pack + Unpack Process
Packing
We sort your belongings with you, making decisions simple—keep, donate, or recycle. Every item is packed securely, labeled clearly, and grouped by space for an effortless transition.
Unpacking
Once your boxes arrive, we unpack methodically and organize each area of your home for a functional layout that fits your lifestyle.
Labeling
Every box and bin includes a clear label, so you know exactly where to find things when you settle into your new home.
Donations
We'll take one carload of donated items to the nearest donation center at the end of the day. For larger amounts, we'll schedule a donation pickup for you.
The Reveal
At the end of the day, we do a final walkthrough of your spaces, which are now unpacked and beautiful. We gather all the donations, remove boxes and packing materials, and leave you with a home that's ready to live in.
Rates
Hourly rate: $80. 4-hour minimum.
Package Pricing Range: $70 - $75.
Hours worked are per-organizer | After your consultation, we’ll share a clear estimate so you know exactly what to expect.
