How Our Process Works
We know that starting a kitchen organizing project can feel overwhelming, so we’ve made the process very easy.
Consultation Call
We begin with a friendly call to learn what frustrates you most in your kitchen. Sharing a few photos helps us understand the problem areas. If needed, we’ll schedule a short visit to see the space in person.
Proposal + Planning
You’ll receive a detailed proposal with a package that fits your kitchen layout and priorities. Once you’ve reviewed and approved, we confirm your project dates and prepare every detail. Our Kansas City team gathers the containers, labels, and tools we’ll need to get the job done!
Execution
On project day, we arrive with smiles on our faces, the products we need, and our can-do attitude. Your organizers then work hard to declutter, categorize, contain, and label to create the kitchen of your dreams. Let the magic begin!
The OE Kitchen Organizing Experience
Decluttering
Our process starts with sorting your kitchen items in a way that makes it easy for you to decide what to keep, donate, toss, or recycle. We're right there to coach and encourage along the way.
Organizing
We create thoughtful layouts that fit your kitchen’s daily rhythm. Every shelf, drawer, and pantry section gains purpose. You’ll know exactly where everything belongs, from cooking utensils to baking supplies.
Labeling
Labeling might be the most important part. We label containers and shelves so your family knows exactly where to find and return items.
Donations
At the end of the day, we take one carload of donations to a local Kansas City center. If there’s more, we’ll schedule a pickup so nothing gets left behind.
The Reveal
When the work is done, we do a final walkthrough of your kitchen, which is now tidy and beautifully organized. We gather all the donations and leave you with a NEW space to enjoy.
Rates
Hourly rate: $80. 4-hour minimum.
Package Pricing Range: $70 - $75.
Hours worked are per-organizer | You’ll receive an estimate after your initial consultation.
