Our Step-by-Step Office Organizing Process
We know that a home office organizing project can feel, well, a bit overwhelming. So we've made the process very simple!
Consultation Call
We begin with a friendly call to learn what frustrates you most. Share a few photos so we understand the trouble spots. If needed, we'll schedule a short visit to see your home office in person.
Proposal + Planning
You'll receive a detailed proposal with a package that fits your home office layout and work style. Once you review and approve, we confirm your project dates. Our Greater Kansas City area team gathers the containers, labels, and tools. We get everything ready for the job!
Execution
On project day, we arrive with smiles on our faces and our can-do attitude. Your organizers work hard to declutter, categorize, contain, and label. We create the home office of your dreams. Let the magic begin!
The OE Office Transformation Experience
Declutter
Our process starts with sorting your office items thoughtfully. We make it easy for you to decide what to keep, donate, toss, or recycle. We're right there to coach and encourage along the way.
Organize Your Space
We create layouts that fit your work rhythm and daily life. Every drawer, shelf, and filing space gains purpose. You'll know exactly where everything belongs. From client files to office supplies, it all has a home.
Label
Labeling might be the most important part. We label folders, drawers, and bins. You know exactly where to find and return items. No more hunting for that one paper you need right away.
Donations
At the end of the day, we take one carload of donations to a local Kansas City center. If there's more, we'll schedule a pickup. Nothing gets left behind.
The Reveal
When the work is done, we walk through your home office together. It's now tidy and beautifully organized. We gather all the donations and leave you with a NEW space to enjoy.
Rates
Hourly rate: $80. 4-hour minimum.
Package Pricing Range: $70 - $75.
Hours worked are per organizer | You’ll receive a detailed estimate once we’ve reviewed your project.
