Our Stress-Free Basement Organizing Process
We know that a basement organizing project can feel like climbing a mountain. That's why we've made the process OH-SO-easy.
Consultation Call
We begin with a friendly call and learn what drives you crazy about your basement. Share a few photos so we can see what you're dealing with. If needed, we'll schedule a short visit and walk the space in person.
Proposal + Planning
You'll receive a detailed proposal with a package that fits your basement's size and your goals. Once you approve, we confirm your project dates and prepare every detail. Our Kansas City team gathers the bins, shelving, labels, and tools we'll need!
Execution
On project day, we arrive with smiles on our faces and our let's-do-this energy. Your organizers work hard and sort, categorize, contain, and label. We'll create the basement you've been dreaming about. Watch the transformation unfold!
The OE Basement Organizing Experience
Declutter First
Our process starts with going through your basement items. We make decisions easier for you. We're right there and guide and encourage as you choose what stays and what goes.
Design the Layout
We create smart layouts that fit how you use your basement. Whether you need seasonal storage, a workshop area, or a place that keeps memories safe, every zone gains purpose. You'll know exactly where everything belongs.
Label Everything
Labels might be the most important part. We label bins, shelves, and zones so your family knows exactly where they can find and return items.
We Handle the Drop-Off
At the end of the day, we take one carload of donations and drop it off at a local Kansas City center. If there's more, we'll schedule a pickup. Nothing gets left behind and clutters your newly organized basement.
The Reveal
When the work is done, we do a final walkthrough. Your basement is now tidy and beautifully organized. We gather all the donations and leave you with a space you'll love.
Rates
Hourly rate: $80. 4-hour minimum.
Package Pricing Range: $70 - $75.
Hours worked are per organizer | You'll receive an estimate after your initial consultation.
